ITP, already strongly committed to environmental protection, as the ISO 14001 certification obtained in 2002 demonstrates, has implemented rigorous measures for the containment of plastic pellets  within its plant, to prevent them from ending up in waterways. Long ago launched by the American Chemistry Council in North America and adopted by PlasticsEurope, Operation Clean Sweep® is a voluntary commitment to reduce the dispersion of dust, flakes and granules of plastic materials into the environment at every stage of the supply chain. The measures promoted by the OCS program are aimed at further educating any operator along the supply chain, encouraging a correct and responsible daily behavior.  The Green Renaissance of Packaging is here and now.
